July was a great month for homes sold in the Charlotte, NC area. Here are some statistics that you may find interested. During the month of July 2009, homes between the price range of $100,000 and $500,000 there were over 1,386 homes sold! Homes in the price range between $500,000 and $1,000,000 were over 97 homes sold and the price range of 1M and up was 25 homes.
