It's amazing the market here is continuing to grow and builders are still building luxury homes here. These homes are located from Lake Norman to Lake Wylie on the East and North side of town and the majority of them located in the South Charlotte area. Providence Downs South is the most surprising to me as they have many homes on the market that are just a few years old and never been lived in and builders are continuing to add to that market. The homes are well built and the price per square foot is the most competitive it's been in years.
